American
Indian Family Center
The purpose of the American Indian Family Center is
to support families to help ensure the development of healthy children. We
believe that parents can find strength in cultural traditions. It is the traditions
and values of the "old ways" that will strengthen the family, keep
families together and make communities healthy and strong.
American
Indian Family and Children's Services (AIFACS)
Since 1985 AIFACS has recruited, licensed, trained, supervised and supported
American Indian foster homes. AIFACS belives in the right of American Indian
Children to grow up among their own people. As an organization and a community
supporter, AIFACS strives to find temporary homes for Indian Children. If

American
Indian Magnet School
At the American Indian Magnet School students study the rich history, culture
and language area tribes including Ojibwe and D/Lakota. A strong sense of
community is built through an emphasis on core values including respect, love,
courage, wisdom, honesty, humility, and truth. Ojibwe and D/Lakota specialists
also provide language and cultural opportunities for the students and staff.

Indian Policy Center
Our mission is to provide government leaders, policy
makers and the public with accurate information about the legal and political
history of American Indian nations, and the contemporary situation for American
Indians.
By providing knowledge and education, we hope to foster better-informed and culturally-sensitive responses to the challenges of American Indian life.
Division
of Indian Works - St. Paul Area Council of Churches
The Division of Indian Work (DIW) addresses needs and issues in the American
Indian community, respecting the cultural and spiritual diversity of the people
it serves. DIW develops and coordinates programs which empower American Indian
people toward self-determination.
Grotto
Foundation
The Mission of the Grotto
Foundation, Inc., established in December 1964, is to benefit society by improving
the education and the economic, physical, and social well-being of citizens,
with a special focus on families and culturally diverse groups. The Foundation
is further interested in increasing public understanding of American cultural
heritage, the cultures of nations, and the individual's responsibility to
fellow human beings.
St. Paul American Indian Education
The American Indian Education Programs offered through the Saint
Paul Public School District 625 are in existence to preserve and present the
unique polititcal, sovereign, cultural, traditional, and spiritual values
of American Indian nations through education. We assist American Indian Students
in graduating from high school with a quality education and positive cultural/personal
identity.
Women
of Nations
Women of Nations' mission
is to provide supportive services--including crisis intervention, advocacy,
and shelter--for Native American and other battered women, their children,
and other family members when appropriate, as well as to educate the public
on domestic abuse issues.
